Schedule
Arrival procedures & Choosing your kimono
Please show the reservation page from your My Page upon arrival. After checking the experience details, the kimono will be selected. The shop will store your belongings, except for valuables.
Hair styling and makeup
A simple hairstyle and makeup to complement your kimono are included. Please let us know if you do not require them. (More elaborate, glamorous styles are available for an additional fee.)
Dressing
You'll be dressed in the kimono of your choice. Feel free to take photos during the dressing. A wide selection of accessories, such as kanzashi hair ornaments, is also available to enhance your kimono style (available for an additional fee).
Learn proper etiquette before you step out
Learn how to bow, walk gracefully, and maintain proper posture in your kimono. Zori sandals are available to borrow for outings (advance reservation required).
The shop can store one piece of luggage per person free of charge, so you can enjoy sightseeing stress-free. (*A fee applies for large luggage.)Please return your kimono by 5:00pm on the same day

Notes
• If your rental kimono gets stained or damaged while out, a cleaning fee will apply (JPY 5,000 per kimono).
• For a group of four, the entire process—from selecting your kimono to finishing the dressing—takes about 3 hours.
• Please return your kimono by 5:00pm on the same day.

Cancellation Policy:
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 8:00pm on the day before the event.)
