Please note, for safety reasons if the weight of one passenger exceeds 110 kg, or the total weight of all three passengers exceeds 210 kg, you will not be able to board.

[About the Flight]
The flight will be canceled in the event of bad weather or other circumstances that are deemed unacceptable by the helicopter operator.
In this case, all fees will be refunded.
If the weather is cloudy, but the flight is still possible, the flight will be conducted.
If you wish to change your date, you may do so before the cancellation policy is applied.
(Please sign the insurance agreement on the day of the flight to purchase comprehensive liability insurance for third-party passengers.)

In case of no-show cancellations, no refunds will be given as well as cancellations made 1 day prior to the event.
[Meeting Place]
Please inform the security guard at the management office of the helicopter operator in charge of the flight. You will be informed of the helicopter operator by phone.
[Precautions]
・Up to 3 passengers are allowed to board per helicopter.
・Only one child under the age of 2 can ride on a passenger's lap free of charge. Please enter your name as additional information when booking.
