Activity
Experience seasonal farm work and life at the home of a farmer who lives in a village at an altitude of more than 800 meters above sea level.
In addition to harvesting highland vegetables, you can experience the nostalgic life of people who have been engaged in nature's transitions through harvesting persimmons, pickling nozawana vegetables, making preserved foods such as miso, gathering wild plants, stoking wood-burning stoves, and making shimenawa ropes.
Cook a meal together using local ingredients and have a time to talk with the farmer around the table.

If the tour starts at 14:00, it will end at 9:00 the following day.
If the tour starts at 16:00, it will end at 11:00 the following day.
[Regarding the bathing facilities]
Please bathe at a nearby hot spring or bathing facility on the day of the tour. (The cost will be covered by the host family.)
