Activity

This is a rare Sencha ceremony experience class where you can learn the history and manners of Sencha, which is different from the standard tea ceremony.

Since you can get in and out quickly, we recommend this experience for people who may not have a lot of spare time.

The shop is conveniently located within walking distance of Nijo Castle and Kyoto's city center (near Shijo Karasuma). You will enjoy the famous tea and sweets of Kyoto.

You shall enter the sencha tea ceremony as a guest. Sencha and desserts will be served while you watch the ceremony.
Challenge yourself to conduct the ceremony.
After the sencha-tea experience, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at conducting the tea ceremony. It is conducted in a tabletop style, so you will not have to sit on the floor to experience it.
