• Please note that the cherry blossom blooming period varies each year and may occur earlier or later than usual.
Important notes:
• Please note that preschoolers are not allowed on board. *Preschoolers and infants are not allowed to participate even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• In case of light rain, the boat will depart. The boat has a simple roof, but please bring rain gear.
• The trip may be cancelled due to inclement weather after the reservation has been made. In such case, WAmazing Play Customer Support will contact you by email after 3:00 PM the day before the trip.
• If the trip is cancelled, the participation fee will be refunded. (In case of light rain, the cruise will take place.)
• Wheelchairs and service dogs are not allowed on board.
• Carry-on bags and other luggage are not permitted on board.
• The roofed boat is equipped with a toilet.
• Food and drinks are not permitted on board, except for bottled beverages.
