  • A text message (containing a QR code and a link to download the e-ticket) will be sent to your email after your reservation is completed.*Please check your email from jtr@jtrchina.com

  • Before boarding, scan your electronic ticket's QR code at HARUKA's ticketing machine in front of the JR ticket gate to exchange for a boarding pass.

  • After scanning the QR code at the ticketing machine, select the train you wish to board.

    You can choose from trains departing in 5 minutes or later.

  • Retrieve your tickets from the automatic check-in machine and enter through the ticket gate with a station staff.

  • Reception at Abeno Harukas Observatory's ticket exchange counter.

    Present the QR code you received via email to get tickets. Valid up to 90 days after booking.

*Ticket for Abeno Harukas Observatory 'HARUKAS 300': Valid for 90 days after reservation; one-time entry and re-entry is not allowed.
3. Cancellation Policy:
*No cancellation.
4. If you lose your JR HARUKA Ticket (Kansai-Airport Station→Tennoji Station), it cannot be reissued.
If the train you are scheduled to board is cancelled, please board another HARUKA train or utilize an unreserved seat on the Kansai Airport Rapid Line after exchanging the ticket for a paper ticket.
