[Validity Period]
- The e-voucher you will receive after booking is only valid on the day of your reservation.
[Exchange Method]
- On the day of use, please present the e-voucher to a staff member at the facility service counter and exchange it for a boarding ticket.
- The voucher is valid only on the day of the ticket exchange. The ticket will become invalid after the validity period.
[Precautions]
- Children under 80cm tall are not allowed to board.
- For your safety, we ask that you wear a life jacket. We will not allow passengers who do not agree to wear a life jacket or who are unable to wear one to board.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult (13 years old and above) to board.
- Photography is allowed, but please notify the boatman if you wish to stand up.
- Please be sure to check the official website in advance to confirm the operating hours on the day of the tour.
- The boat ride will be canceled in the event of rising water (dangerous water levels), inclement weather, or both; however, in the event of rain, the boat ride will be conducted on a boat with a roof. Umbrellas are not allowed on the boat as they may cause inconvenience to people surrounding you.
- Although the boat has a sheet to protect it from waves, the amount of water in the river may prevent the sheet from covering the entire boat. We advise you to carry a raincoat if you don't want to get wet. Getting splashed by the water is part of the fun of the Hozugawa River boat ride!
- We have a sunshade. Please refrain from using sun umbrellas, as they may cause inconvenience to people surrounding you.
- From December to March 9, the boat is operated with a heating system (stove) for the winter season.
- Please note that there is a restroom inside the waiting room, but there is no restroom on board.
- Each boat can accommodate up to 24 passengers (16 passengers in winter). Please note that that due to overbooking, we may need to close the boat ride several times a year during Golden Week (end of April to early May) and the fall season in November.
[Impotant Notice]
- Please note that if the Hozugawa river boat ride must be canceled due to unforeseen events like bad weather, WAmazing Customer Service will issue a full refund. Refunds cannot be issued at the counter.
- In case of loss of the boarding ticket or other personal reasons, tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
