After booking, a text message (including a QR code and link to a downloadable e-ticket) will be sent to the provided email address.
On the day of your visit, please present the QR code at the ticket counter on the 39th floor of the Umeda Sky Building to redeem your ticket.
Inside the building, there is not only an observation deck, but also the "Takimi Koji," a dining and entertainment district that recreates a retro Japanese townscape, and features a coffee shop, and other facilities for sightseeing.

The Umeda Sky Building is a landmark building in Umeda, consisting of two buildings that are 40 stories high and connected.
The unique shape of the building, which looks like two buildings joined together, is highly appreciated worldwide. 173 meters above ground, the Floating Garden Observatory at the top of the Umeda Sky Building offers a panoramic view of Osaka.
You can enjoy the 360° panoramic view and breeze while feeling as if you are taking a walk in the air, making it a spot that can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. The view at night and sunset is also fantastic.
