[Purchase Precautions]

[How to Use the Voucher and the Validity Period]
- An electronic voucher (e-ticket) will be sent to your e-mail address. Please present this voucher at the designated exchange point and exchange it for the paper ticket before the boarding date.
-Please present the electronic voucher to redeem it. The set ticket is valid for 2 days including the day of use (the day of boarding the bus to the destination). After the validity period, the ticket will expire.
*Electronic vouchers for JR Namba (Minatomachi Bus Terminal) and Osaka Stations JR Express Bus Terminal ⇔ Nijigen no Mori bus tickets must be exchanged for a set ticket at the Bus Ticket Center of Osaka Station JR Express Bus Terminal (Business Hours: 6:15AM - 11:50PM).
- Bus seats are not reserved at the time of sale. When exchanging tickets, seat reservation tickets will be issued for both the "departure" and "return" buses and handed over together with the set tickets.
- Once exchanged, the tickets will be valid for 2 days, including the first day boarding the bus departing to Nijigen no Mori.

[Precautions for use]
- You can get on and off at Shin-Kobe Station and Sannomiya Bus Terminal. Buses depart and arrive at different bus stops, so please check the bus departure information board at the bus terminal before boarding.
- Buses depart on time. To avoid missing the bus, please check the bus stop (location) in advance and arrive at the bus stop well in advance.
- Due to the limited number of direct buses to Nijigen no Mori, if the bus of your choice is full, you may be guided to another bus. In addition, if all buses are full on your requested date, you may not be able to use the bus. Therefore, we recommend that you redeem your electronic voucher at least one day prior to the scheduled date of use.
- If you take the bus departing at 2PM from the Osaka Station JR Express Bus Terminal, you will only have about one hour to spend at Nijigen no Mori since the last bus from Nijigen no Mori to the Osaka Station JR Express Bus Terminal departs at 4:43 PM. Please be aware of the time.
- You can redeem your set of tickets from 10 AM one month prior to the day of your ride.

- Once you leave the park, you cannot re-enter.
- Passengers are allowed to carry free hand luggage limited to ① 10 kg in weight, ② 0.027 cubic meters in total volume, and ③ 1 meter in length.
　In the event that the luggage obstructs the vehicle structure or transportation (e.g., blocking aisles or emergency exits with luggage), the luggage may be refused even if they are part of personal effects.
　Pets in the storage case described in ② may be carried, but please inquire with the bus company for more details.
- Hazardous materials are not allowed. We may refuse to accept or continue transportation in the following cases: Those who may cause inconvenience to other passengers due to drunkenness, those who may cause inconvenience to other passengers due to unclean clothes, those who may cause inconvenience to other passengers due to the noise of their pets, etc.

[Other Precautions]
- Refunds for e-tickets purchased online or through travel agencies cannot be issued by the ticket center customer service. Please contact WAmazing Customer Service.
- For information on the hours of operation and holidays for "Naruto & Boruto Shinobi Village", please refer to the Nijigen no Mori website.
- No refunds can be made after the voucher (e-ticket) has been exchanged for the paper set ticket.
- No refunds can be made even in the event of a major delay in arrival at the destination due to natural disasters, traffic accidents, or in the event of facility closure.
- Vouchers (e-tickets) that have already been exchanged for set tickets cannot be reissued even if lost or stolen.
- If you ride the express bus beyond the section included in this product, please pay the difference in fare on site.
- The handling of vouchers (e-tickets) is subject to Japanese law, the terms and conditions of the operating company, and local laws and regulations.
