Please present the electronic voucher at the Odakyu Travel Center Shinjuku West Exit to exchange it for the actual ticket when using the service on the day of your visit.
The ticket must be signed by the cardholder when redeeming the ticket. Only the person whose signature is on the ticket can use it. Please be sure to bring a valid ID such as a passport as it may be checked by the station staff.

The "Hakone-Kamakura Pass" is a special tour ticket that combines the services of the "Hakone Free Pass" and the "Enoshima-Kamakura Free Pass", two discount tour tickets popular among foreign visitors to Japan, all in a single ticket allowing for unlimited travel on all Odakyu lines.
With this single pass, you can fully enjoy visiting areas such as Shinjuku, Shimokitazawa, Mukogaoka-Yuen, Machida, Hakone, Enoshima, Kamakura, and other major sightseeing spots in Japan along the Odakyu line.

[Precautions]
- This travel ticket can be used only for three consecutive days.
- Please present your Hakone-Kamakura Free Pass to the station staff when passing through and entering the ticket gate.
- If you exceed the designated section, you must pay the fare for that section.
- The Hakone-Kamakura Free Pass does not include the Odakyu Express Romance Car fare. If you wish to ride the Odakyu Express Romance Car, please purchase an express ticket on site.
- Children aged 0-5 who do not occupy a seat may ride for free and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged 6 and older must purchase a child ticket.
- This travel ticket can only be used by the applicant. Please be sure to bring a valid ID such as a passport when redeeming the ticket.
