  • After scanning the QR code at the ticket vending machine, select the train you want to board. You can choose from trains that depart in 5 minutes.

  • Please take out your boarding ticket and enter the station through the ticket gate where station staff is present.

  • Please exchange the coupon for a paper coupon at the information counter in "Eki Marché Osaka"

    Please present the ticket exchange QR code you received via email to exchange for a physical coupon. Valid for up to 90 days after reservation.

　 *Haruka Ticket: In front of the automatic ticket gate at JR West's Kansai Airport Station (Please exchange the ticket so that you can board your scheduled "Haruka" train)
*Coupon for "Eki Marché Osaka" shopping center in Osaka Station: Redeem 2x JPY 500 coupons to be used at participating stores at the information counter in "Eki Marché Osaka".
2. Validity Period
*Haruka Ticket Kansai Airport → Tennoji (one way only): Valid for 90 days after reservation.
*Osaka Station shopping center "Eki Marché Osaka" common coupon: Valid for 90 days after reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy
　*No cancellation allowed
4. If you lose your "Kansai Airport Station → Shin-Osaka Station" JR Haruka ticket, it will not be reissued.
　If the train you are scheduled to board is cancelled, please use another "Haruka" or a non-reserved seat on the Kansai Airport Rapid Line after exchanging your e-ticket for a physical one.
