An e-mail (containing a QR code and a link to download the e-ticket) will be automatically sent to your email address after you have completed your reservation.*Please check your email from jtr@jtrchina.com
On the day of your ride, please present your ticket at the HARUKA electronic ticket vending machine located next to the ticket gate at JR Kansai Airport Station to redeem it.
After reading the QR code with the ticket machine, select the train car you want to board. You can choose from trains that depart from 5 minutes or later.
Please take out your boarding ticket and enter the station through the ticket gate where station staff is present.
Please scan the QR code at the Umeda Sky Building 39th-floor counter to redeem your admission ticket and drink coupon. *Exchange hours: 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM
Please present the QR code you received via email for the ticket exchange. Valid up to 90 days after booking.

*Umeda Sky Building Hanging Garden + "café SKY 40" drink ticket:
Please scan the QR code at the Umeda Sky Building (Kuchu Teien Observatory) 39th-floor counter and exchange the admission ticket for a drink coupon.
2. Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellation is possible only if both the JR Haruka One-Way Special Edition Edition (LIMITED EDITION) and the sightseeing facility admission ticket have not been exchanged yet.
3. If you lose your JR Haruka One-Way Special Edition Ticket (LIMITED EDITION) for Kansai Airport Station → Shin-Osaka Station ticket, it will not be reissued.
If the train you are scheduled to board is cancelled, please use another "Haruka" train or a non-reserved seat on the Kansai Airport Rapid Line after exchanging your ticket for a physical one.
