Notes
-Zip-line is available for guests 10 years of age or older, 120 to 200 cm in height, and 30 to 110 kg in weight.

*Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start time for payment and luggage preparation.
[About clothing]
-Please come dressed for the weather, comfortable to move in and don't mind getting dirty. *Skirts are not permitted.
-We recommend that you wear clothing that is not too revealing to avoid insect bites and abrasions.
-Shoes should cover the entire body from the ankles down (sneakers or athletic shoes).
-Heels, flip-flops, and other easily removable footwear are not permitted.
[Precaution]
-Elderly guests will be judged by the guide based on their health condition.
-If you are unable to safely wear a harness or helmet, you may not be allowed to ride the zip-line, even if you meet the criteria for the restrictions.
-Guests who have been drinking, are in poor health, pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions, are taking drugs, or are otherwise deemed by our staff to be ineligible to ride the zip-line.
-There is a locker in the Village Station, but please leave your large luggage in your car or room if possible.
-Please take care of your valuables at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
-Please note that zip-line may be cancelled after the reservation is made due to inclement weather. In that case, the operator will contact the emergency contact by 9:00 AM on the day. Please be sure to check your e-mail and incoming calls on the day.
