  • Prior to boarding, please present the QR code and the foreign passport of the reservation holder, and exchange them for actual tickets at the designated station's ticket vending machine. Ticket vending machines at stations are available in 5 languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).

  • Receiving reserved seat tickets: Take your boarding ticket to the Green Ticket Vending Machine and exchange it for a reserved seat ticket.

  • Coupons for the Tomonoura Historical Sites Tour can be exchanged at the JR Fukuyama Station Bus Information Center.

    Please present the QR code for ticket exchange that you received via email. The exchanged ticket will be valid for 7 days after the exchange.

1. After completing your reservation, we will send a reservation confirmation email to your designated email address, which includes two vouchers. When visiting each facility, please present the QR code for ticket exchange.
2. If you lose your "Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass" boarding pass, it cannot be reissued.
3. The coupons for the Tomonoura Historical Sites Tour and the admission ticket for Orizuru Tower must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the designated location.
