A small Japanese garden inside the restaurant offers a taste of Kyoto.
Eat authentic sushi you made yourself!
You will be able to make sushi as well as, if not better than, many Japanese people. Even beginners can learn in an easy-to-understand and enjoyable manner.
Use the skills you learned to make sushi for family and friends at your next party and you'll be a hero!
You can also learn how to make vinegar rice and how to cut fish. Recipes can be printed out and taken home.

Green tea will be served. While you are waiting, you will be served the neta and sushi rice.

You will make three types of sushi: nigirizushi, makizushi, and temarizushi
