Exchange tickets at the H.I.S Travel Service Center(Business hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM), located on the left side of the arrival gate at Fukuoka Airport International Terminal 1F.
Please present the QR code voucher and exchange it for a Nishitetsu train round-trip ticket, river boat ride ticket, Umegae mochi exchange ticket, and Dazaifu and Yanagawa coupons (discount offers).
*It doesn't matter which comes first, the river boat ride or exchange for Umegae mochi.

*If you make a reservation for your preferred date over one month in advance, we will send you a QR code ticket approximately one month before your reservation date.
- This Dazaifu/Yanagawa tour package includes a Nishitetsu train round-trip ticket, a river boat ride ticket, an exchange ticket for Umegae mochi, and Dazaifu/Yanagawa coupons (discount offers)
- Transportation from Fukuoka Airport Station to Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station/Yakuin Station (Nishitetsu) is not included in the tour fee. Please pay the transportation fee on-site.
- Children 0-5 years old must also pay for transportation on-site.
Children aged 1-5 can ride for free with one accompanying adult (excluding group customers) for up to two children. Child fares apply for the third child and beyond. Infants 0 years old can ride for free.

- This ticket is valid for both routes: Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station/Yakuin Station → Dazaifu Station → Yanagawa Station → Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station/Yakuin Station and Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station/Yakuin Station → Yanagawa Station → Dazaifu Station → Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station/Yakuin Station.
- Please present this ticket to the ticket counter staff at each station as it cannot be used at the automatic ticket gates.
- It is not possible to get off at any intermediate stations with this ticket.
- This ticket is valid for 2 days from the date of exchange. *Please note that it will become invalid if you get off at a station other than Dazaifu Station or Yanagawa Station, or if you temporarily return to Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station/Yakuin Station.
[River boat ride]

Operating Hours: Reception starts at 9:30 AM, final reception at 2:30 PM (last shuttle bus at 4:00 PM), open all year round
・On the second floor of Yanagawa Station (Nishitetsu), right next to the ticket vending machines on the right-hand side as soon as you exit the ticket gates, you will find the Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station Information Center. Please inform the staff at the information center, and they will guide you to the Shogetsu Punting Station by shuttle bus.
- Please note that the river boat ride is only available at the Shogetsu Punting Station operated by Yanagawa Kanko Kaihatsu K.K.
- Please note that during peak periods, such as weekends, holidays, or when passenger numbers are low, there may be extended waiting times.(The boat ride takes approximately 60-70 minutes)
- From December 1st to the end of February, we will operate the Kotatsubune boat (a boat with kotatsu heater) unless it is raining or snowing.
- Depending on the water level and the condition of the river, we may use temporary routes if necessary.
- The boat ride is a one-way trip. If you wish to return to Yanagawa Station after disembarking, please use the regular bus (additional fare required) or the free shuttle bus.
- For the operating hours of the river boat ride and the schedule of the free shuttle bus, please check the official website in advance.
