▽Haruka Ticket: Kansai Airport → Osaka/Shin-Osaka Station [One-Way Limited Edition Ticket]
1. Must be 12 years old and above (on the date of exchange or purchase of the railway pass).
2. Must possess a passport issued by a government other than Japan.
3. Must have a residence status equivalent to a "short-term stay." "Short-term stay" is a residence status specified in the Immigration Control Act.
*If it is discovered during the use of the ticket that the eligibility is not met, a separate fee for unauthorized use will be charged, so please confirm your residence status ahead of time.

[Ticket Issuance and Boarding]
The ticket issuance method can be confirmed here.
1. After making a reservation, an email confirming the successful reservation will be automatically sent to the registered email address.
2. Please present the received confirmation code or QR code at the dedicated exchange machine located next to the Kansai-Airport Station ticket gate and exchange it for a boarding order coupon.
(1) Please scan the QR code on the machine.
(2) Select the train you wish to board. You can select a departure time starting from 5 minutes before departure.
(3) Receive the ticket issued by the exchange machine and proceed to the ticket gate where station staff are present.

[Notes]
•If the dedicated ticket exchange machine for the HARUKA One-Way Limited Edition Ticket is out of order or unavailable, please exchange it at the Ticket Machine (Midori-no-Kenbaiki) or JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) with your marked passport.
•The exchange time is from 5:30 AM on the day of use until 5 minutes before the last HARUKA limited express train.
•If the dedicated train car (car number 4) is expected to be crowded, you can use the unreserved seats.
•Once the electronic ticket has been exchanged for a boarding ticket, refunds, changes in the date of use, or the number of services are not possible.
•If you lose your boarding ticket, it cannot be reissued. Please purchase a new ticket.
•After exchanging the boarding ticket, if the train you planned to board is canceled, please use another Haruka unreserved seat or a Kanto Express train.
