The view of the Scramble Crossing from the CROSSING VIEW & ROOFTOP LOUNGE MAG8 was incredible.
I also picked up an adorable charm with Hachiko and the crossing design—it was such a fun and unforgettable part of my Shibuya visit.
SHIBUYA PASS made it really easy and fun to explore different spots around Shibuya. I loved how I could choose the experiences I wanted using the point system. The biggest highlight for me was getting into SHIBUYA SKY — I couldn’t book it through the official website since it was fully booked, but thanks to SHIBUYA PASS, I got in without any issues. That alone made it totally worth it!
Using the pass was super convenient, especially since everything is done through your smartphone. However, at a few places, the staff didn’t seem too familiar with how the pass worked, and the instructions weren’t always clear. A bit more guidance or consistency at the venues would make the experience even better.
Still, I’d definitely recommend this pass to anyone visiting Shibuya for the first time or wanting to make the most of their trip. I hope even more attractions and improvements are added in the future — it’s already a great idea with a lot of potential!
I participated in the JLB tour in Shibuya for the first time. The guide was very knowledgeable and took us to places I wouldn’t have known about without them. It was a very enjoyable tour.
After the tour, I was hungry, so I went to a ramen shop and had the SHIBUYA PASS original menu, which included two small bowls of ramen and a rice ball set.
I learned about the must-see spots in Shibuya and had a great time exploring the area using the SHIBUYA PASS, creating wonderful memories.
I asked the hotel concierge how to buy same-day tickets for SHIBUYA SKY, and they recommended the SHIBUYA PASS, which I ended up buying right then and there. My first stop was SHIBUYA SKY, and the views from 229 meters up were incredible. I got to see the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing and had a clear view of both Tokyo Tower and Skytree. The panorama was just breathtaking.
After that, I had some tuna sushi and did a sake tasting. It was so cool to try fresh tuna while sampling different sakes from around Japan – definitely a highlight.
As a solo traveler, I was able to easily enjoy the Japanese vibe in Shibuya, taking in the sights and amazing food without any hassle.
It was our first time in Japan, and we were really excited to visit SHIBUYA SKY. But when we got there, we found out that tickets were completely sold out for the day… Super disappointing! Just when we were about to give up, we learned about the SHIBUYA PASS at a tourist info desk.
Turns out, the pass includes admission to SHIBUYA SKY, so we figured, why not? We got it, and sure enough, we were able to go up! The views were absolutely incredible—seeing Shibuya Crossing from above was surreal, and the Tokyo skyline at night was just magical. Definitely one of the most memorable moments of our trip.
We also had some points left on the pass, so we used them to grab some snacks and souvenirs at a department store. We hadn’t planned on shopping in Shibuya, but we ended up discovering some great local treats.
Honestly, we just wanted to get into SHIBUYA SKY, but this pass turned out to be way more useful than expected. If you’re planning to visit, definitely check if this pass makes sense for you—especially if tickets are sold out!

It is not possible to cancel or refund any purchases of the SHIBUYA PASS due to the unavailability of SHIBUYA SKY tickets. Please be aware of this when purchasing.
• Please note that points are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any points remaining after 30 days will become invalid.
• You can check the points' expiration date on the order details page of My Page.
• Staff at each store/facility will operate the screen when you use points. Please note that if a customer uses points by mistake, they will no longer be available. Under no circumstances will we be able to modify, reissue, or refund points.
• The SHIBUYA PASS can be used to redeem points for multiple users. It is also possible to purchase additional points.
