• You cannot make changes or cancellations after the purchase. Non-refundable.
• Only a limited quantity of SHIBUYA SKY tickets are available. As such, depending on ticket availability, it may not be possible to make advanced reservations for SHIBUYA SKY using your SHIBUYA PASS. It is not possible to cancel or refund any purchases of the SHIBUYA PASS due to the unavailability of SHIBUYA SKY tickets. Please be aware of this when purchasing.
• Please note that points are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any points remaining after 30 days will become invalid.
• You can check the points' expiration date on the order details page of My Page.
• Staff at each store/facility will operate the screen when you use points. Please note that if a customer uses points by mistake, they will no longer be available. Under no circumstances will we be able to modify, reissue, or refund points.
• The SHIBUYA PASS can be used to redeem points for multiple users. It is also possible to purchase additional points.
• This is a service where you can purchase points for a fixed price of JPY 6,000 to use perks or discounts at registered stores/facilities. 20 points are supplied for JPY 6,000. By combining registered stores and facilities set at 1 to 15 points each, you can use the perks or discounts (cashless) at the registered stores and facilities corresponding to the points you have.
• This is a service where you can purchase the points you need when you need them. This is different from the recurring billing type.
• Credit card payment is required when purchasing points. (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX)
• If you wish to purchase additional points, please use all existing points before purchasing again. (Points cannot be combined or partially added.)
• The SHIBUYA PASS is a service that offers discounts based on adult fares. Infants, elementary and junior high school students, high school students, university students, senior citizens, people with disabilities, etc. may be eligible for discounted rates set by each store/facility. Please purchase and use at your own risk.
• Some stores/facilities have age restrictions.
• We do not provide alcohol to minors.
• Depending on the situation of the store/facility you use, we may not be able to provide the service.
• SHIBUYA PASS points are set independently through negotiation of various conditions. When points are simply converted into monetary amounts, 1 point is approximately JPY 300 (JPY 6,000 ÷ 20 points), but there are some stores and facilities that can be used with the SHIBUYA PASS whose list price is lower than 1 point price due to unforeseen reasons, so please be aware of this before utilizing them.
