No need to book tickets in advance, and no need to worry about bad weather! Buying a SHIBUYA PASS allows you to enter SHIBUYA SKY anytime, which is super convenient – just pick a sunny day! The points have a wide range of uses, and the Hachiko doll I redeemed was adorable, making it a great deal. The only downside is the limited selection of main dishes (mostly ramen). I hope there will be more redemption options in the future.

Redeeming SHIBUYA SKY using the PASS went very smoothly. While everyone else was queuing in long lines, we were given priority entry with our QR code and were even guided by staff, which gave us a sense of privilege – it was fantastic! However, we were a little disappointed with the other redeemable items. The Tokyu Supermarket staff didn't even know where the stores were; their training needs to be more thorough. Some stores seemed unfamiliar with the process, leading to long waits, and one even charged a fee for redemption. Clearly, staff training needs improvement. Furthermore, the product selection was limited. When time was running out, we wanted to redeem souvenirs, but the options were pitifully few. The meal options for the sauna should ideally be included within the sauna itself; otherwise, it's easy to get confused.

There are quite a few stores that accept the Shibuya Pass, but aside from guaranteeing entry to Shibuya Sky, it feels like a great deal. I also hope the stores can make the Shibuya Pass signage clearer, as I'm a little worried about not being able to redeem it.

I am not sure if the staff at the sauna are able to communicate well in English—I heard an English speaker asking at the front desk if she could just use the cafe and the desk staff seemed to find it a little difficult to respond. Also, it seems a little odd that cafe menu options at the sauna are available with the Shibuya Pass, but you need to actually use the sauna to access the cafe—I think that cafe menu options be offered as a set with sauna access only (i.e. instead of "SHIBUYA SAUNAS Craft Donut: 1pt" it should be "SHIBUYA SAUNAS Sauna admission Fee ＋ Craft Donut: 10pt". I found the Dotonbori Kamakura Shibuya Store sets included a lot and was very good value for the required points, however it included too much food for a solo female traveler—could a smaller set be offered? I would prefer to buy smaller quantities of food at several different locations to try everything.

Using the Shibuya Pass is indeed very convenient at Shibuya Sky, but the selection of participating shops, especially restaurants, could be better.
