A confirmation email (with QR code and URL to download the electronic ticket) will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
Before boarding, please present the QR code as well as the passport of the person making the reservation and exchange it for a ticket at the ticket vending machine available at the designated station. Ticket vending machines at stations are available in 5 languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).
Receive a reserved seat ticket: Take your boarding ticket to the Green Ticket Vending Machine and exchange it for a reserved seat ticket.
How to exchange the Have Fun in Kansai Pass 1 Week Free Pass (3 facilities)
Please present the QR code for ticket exchange sent to your e-mail at each facility (3 locations). *Valid for 7 days after the code is scanned at the first facility

3. Must possess a residency status that falls under "Short-term Stay," which is a residency status defined by the Japanese Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.
[How to use the service and when to use it]
- After completing your reservation, a reservation confirmation email including 2 vouchers will be sent to the email address you specify. Also, please present the QR code for ticket exchange when visiting each facility.
-Please note that if you lose your "Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass" ticket, it cannot be reissued.
[Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass 5 days / Method of exchange]
1) After completing your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified.
2) Go to a Green ticket vending machine and scan your e-ticket and the QR code of your passport (other than Japanese passport) to receive your ticket.
(The operation menu can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean.)

*If the machine is out of order or your passport does not have an IC chip, please go to JR West Ticket Office (Midori-no-Madoguchi) to exchange your ticket.
3) Redeeming a reserved-seat ticket: Before boarding the train, please go to a Green Ticket Vending Machine and pick up the physical reserved-seat ticket with the Area Pass.
