• As the tour is affected by the weather, if it is canceled due to rain, the operator will contact the emergency contact number from the day before to the day of the tour. Please ensure to check your email and incoming calls.

[Regarding audio guides]
• You can utilize the automatic audio guides inside the bus.
• The automatic audio guide is a system that provides guidance for each location only when passing through points specified by GPS. It is available exclusively inside the bus.
• Compatible with smartphones (iOS and Android).
• Please bring your own earphones, as they are required for use.
• The audio guides will play based on location information. Make sure to turn on the GPS setting to use this feature.

[Open Top Bus Information / Notes]
• The bus seats are arranged in the order of reservation, and there is a possibility that you may be seated in the rear with a roof.
• The use of seats on the first floor is not allowed. Only seats on the second floor are available.
• Depending on the weather conditions, we may operate with the roof on the second floor closed. In general, we will operate with the roof open even in the case of rain.
• In the event of rain, ponchos will be distributed free of charge.
• We recommend that you bring a towel in preparation for rainy weather.
• Due to wind, rain, tree sap, bird droppings, etc., your clothing may get wet or dirty.
• Please be careful to prevent your belongings from being blown away.
• Please be cautious when going up and down the stairs during boarding and alighting. It can be very slippery during rainy weather.
• Please refrain from touching the branches and leaves of roadside trees through the bus roof opening.
• Please take measures to protect yourself from sunburn, heat stroke, and cold, depending on the temperature and weather.
• Changing seats while the bus is moving is not allowed.
• Eating and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle. Drinks with lids are allowed.
