[About cancellation/operation decisions]
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be canceled. Please understand this before applying. In the case of cancellation, the operator will contact you by email the day before.
- As the tour is dependent on the weather, if the tour is canceled due to rain or other reasons, the operator will contact the emergency contact number from the day before to the day of the tour. Please be sure to check your email and incoming calls on the day of the tour.

[Audio Guidance]
- Automatic audio guidance is available on the bus.
- Automatic audio guidance is a system that provides information about various locations only when you pass a point specified by GPS. Can only be used on the bus.
- Smartphone (iOS/Android compatible)
- Earphones are required, so please bring your own if you wish to use them.
- Play voice guidance using your location. Please turn on the GPS setting.

[Information and precautions for open top buses]
- Please note that seats on the bus will be arranged in the order of reservation, and you may be seated in the rear seats with a roof.
- You cannot use the seats on the 1st floor. Only seats on the second floor are available.
- Due to weather or other reasons, the 2nd floor roof may be closed during operation. Basically, even if it rains, we will operate with the roof open.
- In case of rain, raincoats will be distributed free of charge.
- We recommend preparing towels in case of rain.
- Clothes may get wet or dirty due to wind and rain, tree sap, bird droppings, etc.
- Please be careful not to let your baggage items fly away.
- Please be careful when going up and down the stairs. When it rains, it becomes very slippery.
- Please refrain from touching the branches and leaves on the roadside trees through the bus roof opening.
- Customers are requested to take measures to protect themselves from sunburn, heat stroke, and cold depending on the temperature and weather.
- You cannot change your seat while the train is running.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle. Drinks with lids are allowed.
