[Guidelines for usage and precautions during use]
• After completing your reservation, we will send a reservation confirmation email to the email address you specified, including two vouchers. Also, when visiting each facility, please present the QR code for ticket exchange.

[7-Day Kansai-Hokuriku Area Pass: How to exchange tickets]
1. After completing the reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address.
2. Go to the green ticket-vending machine, scan the QR code of the e-ticket and the overseas passport, and receive the ticket.
(The machine's menu can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean.)

*If the machine is out of order or your passport does not have an IC chip, please exchange your ticket at the JR West Ticket Counter (Midori-no-madoguchi).
3. Exchange of reserved seat tickets: Before boarding the train, go to the green ticket-vending machine and receive the physical reserved seat ticket based on the area pass.
