Experience the soothing aroma of Japanese herbs and tea in the self löyly sauna, as well as the carefully selected bedding from a long-established bedding store. Relax your body and mind in this tranquil setting, prioritizing relaxation.

Nagahama's Attraction (1): Port town on Lake Biwa

The largest lake in Japan, Lake Biwa, has long been known as a key trading hub and a treasure trove of natural blessings. You can also enjoy a cruise to the uninhabited island of Chikubu Island, a breathtaking spot selected as one of "Japan's Top 100 Sunset Spots," within walking distance.

Nagahama has been known as a treasure trove of medicinal herbs since the Heian period. You can also have herb tea made with your favorite Japanese herbs, as well as aromatic water for sauna.

Experience (2): Funazushi (fermented sushi) with local sake is a must for those who love Japanese sake and fermented foods!

You can enjoy the pairing of the intangible cultural heritage Funazushi, which is said to be the origin of sushi, with Shichihonyari (The Seven Spearsmen), a locally produced sake. There are anecdotes such as it's good to eat when you catch a cold or it's less likely to cause a hangover if you eat it, so it might be good for your health too!

  • Retreat Italian dinner using carefully selected ingredients and funazushi (start time can be selected between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

  • [Day 2] Light Japanese breakfast with rice cooked in earthenware pots (Start time can be selected between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM)

  • 11:00 AM Choose your experience (2) (Soy sauce tasting at a long-established soy sauce brewery or doburoku (sake) tasting) → around 12:30 PM (times may vary) Disband

    You have the option to select either the soy sauce tasting or the doburoku tasting. After the tour, you can enjoy walking around the town or stay an extra night!
