1 Hour Snapshot Photography Plan - Oita

[Recommended photo spots]
・Oita Marine Palace Aquarium "Umitamago" (for a fee)
Shooting is available anywhere in Oita City, so please let us know where you would like to shoot when you make your reservation.

[Notes]
・Maximum number of participants: 5
・The fee per person is as follows
Application for 1 person: JPY 17,000
Application for 2 persons: JPY 15,400
Application for 3 persons: JPY 13,200
Application for 4 persons: JPY 10,560
Application for 5 persons: JPY 9,460
・We will only use WhatsApp for communication after the reservation. Please register in advance.
(Other chat tools may be used in some cases.)
・As soon as the photographer and shooting location are confirmed, the final information (detailed meeting place, etc.) will be sent via WhatsApp.
*Once the final information is sent, it will not be possible to change the shooting time or location.
・An additional fee (JPY 5,000) may be charged if you wish to shoot at a distance from the photographer's home. Please contact us in advance as we will need to confirm the photographer's schedule. Please understand that we may not be able to meet your expectations.
*If additional fees are required, we will contact you via WhatsApp to let you know whether they will be incurred and where to make the payment.
・Please use public transportation when shooting at multiple locations. In addition, customers are responsible for transportation costs, including photographers, and facility entrance fees.
・Since the photo shoot time will be shortened, please be on time to avoid losing your belongings and to be on time for the meeting time.
・No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

[About holding the event in case of rain]
・In case of rain forecast for the shooting location 3 days prior to the shooting, or in case of sudden rain on the day of the shooting even if it is not in the forecast.
　①Date Change ②Change of location (indoor shooting location assistance) ③You may choose to cancel.
　①In case of date change: Please let us know the desired date again. ( Whether we can change the date to your preferred date will depend on the photographer's schedule).
　②In case of location change: If you choose one of the indoor shooting locations to be announced separately, we will change the shooting location. (If the weather is fine on the day of the shoot, we will shoot at the location you originally requested.)
　③In case of cancellation: Full refund and cancellation of the reservation will be processed.
*Please note that in case of a rain forecast 3 days prior to the shoot, we will discuss this with you at that time.
*We will communicate any changes via WhatsApp.

[About photo provision]
・Photo provision: We will provide over 100 original data within one week.

[Photo Retouch]
・We can retouch up to 10 selected photos upon request.
＜Procedure＞
①Select the photos (up to 10) you want to retouch from the original data and reply with the corresponding files.
(If there is no reply, the correction work will not proceed. Also, please do not change the file name.)
②The 10 selected photos will be returned after final revisions.
*We will communicate with you via WhatsApp.

＜Notes＞
・Corrections relate to color temperature, tint, light brightness, cloudiness, and photo composition. Corrections for face lines and body are not available.
・We will make corrections to suit the atmosphere of the day of the shoot. If you have any preferences, please let us know the atmosphere, color, etc.
