Ticket exchange
Please present the electronic voucher received and the non-Japanese passport of the reserved passenger to exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket vending machine of the designated station.

You can visit 5 facilities of your choice within one week. You can easily enter by presenting the QR code on your e-ticket.
