◆ About the whole tour
The QR code sent to you after your reservation is valid only for the day specified at the time of purchase.
• Please confirm the meeting point in advance and arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure (8:40).
• The bus leaves on time. Please do not be late.
• No refunds will be given for late arrivals without advance notice.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
• Accidents not occurring while riding the bus are the responsibility of the customer.
• After arriving at your destination, your tour guide will display the meeting time on the information board before disbanding. Please check and return to the bus on time.
• The boarding ticket is also a special ticket for the Hozugawa River Boat Ride and Arashiyama stroll. Please store it properly until the end of the tour. If you lose your ticket, you will not be able to exchange it.
• If the trolley train is suspended, the course will also be suspended.
• It is not possible to join or change reservations during the tour.
• Please prepare your own lunch in Arashiyama.
• Children aged 0-5 are not allowed to participate.
• This tour includes GPS multilingual (English, Chinese, Korean) audio guide. You can choose the channel in the language of your choice, but the machine will only get a signal inside the bus.
To avoid losing it, please do not take it outside the bus. Please remember to return it after the tour. Please note that it may not be available due to maintenance or other reasons.

◆About Hozugawa River Boat Ride
• Anyone who cannot properly wear a life jacket will not be allowed on board.
• If you are not feeling well, please do not board the ship.
• One accompanying person is necessary for each Type 1 disabled person and Type 2 disabled person under the age of 12. (Guide dogs are welcome on board.)
• Passengers in wheelchairs will need an accompanying person to help them transfer to a seat, etc., if they are allowed to board. (Wheelchairs cannot be taken onto the boat.)
• Boats traveling down the Hozugawa River have roofs, but depending on the amount of water in the river, you may get splashed by water. We recommend bringing a raincoat.
• When boarding the Hozugawa River Boat Ride, we will be required to submit a passenger list, so you will be asked to fill out your names after departing from Kyoto Station.
• If the Hozugawa River Boat Ride is cancelled at the time of departure due to rising water, the tour will be cancelled and some of the course contents will be changed.
