• For reservations made more than one month in advance, we will send you an electronic voucher via email approximately one month before your desired date.
• Voucher validity: Only valid on the day of use.
• The time you selected at the time of booking is your entry time for Tokyo Skytree.
• A reservation is not required for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM. Please visit during the operating hours of the specified date at the time of your reservation.
*The last entry to teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM is one hour before closing. Please note that you will not be allowed entry after the last entry time.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, sudden closures or cancellations may occur. Please check each facility’s website before your visit.
• If a child is 12 years old but still in elementary school, please purchase the child (6-11 years old) ticket. If a person is 18 years old or older but still in high school, please purchase the youth (12-17 years old) ticket.
• Tokyo Skytree: Free admission for preschoolers (0-6 years old).
• teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM: Free admission for children 0-3 years years old.
*For preschoolers 4-6 years old, there will be a fee at teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM only. Please purchase a child ticket separately at the on-site ticket machine on the day of your visit.
• Please note that the vouchers for Tokyo Skytree and teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM are separate.

◆Operating Hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Last entry is one hour before closing)

◆Regarding Tickets and Admission
• Please come to the venue entrance on the date indicated on your ticket and join the waiting line.
*Please note that you may need to wait between 30 and 90 minutes to enter. The waiting line is outdoors. Please take appropriate measures against weather and climate conditions.
• Please note that you cannot enter on a date other than the one indicated on your ticket.
• Re-entry is not permitted after entering. Refunds will not be issued after entering.
• Tickets are valid only for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM (Toyosu, Tokyo).
*Please note that they cannot be used at other teamLab exhibitions.
• Other coupons and campaigns cannot be used in conjunction with this ticket.
• Resale of tickets is prohibited, and you will not be allowed to enter with a resold ticket. In such cases, we will not be responsible for any damages.
• When entering with a youth (12-17 years old) ticket, please present a student ID.
• Unaccompanied children under 13 years old are not permitted to enter. Please be sure to enter with a parent/guardian aged 18 or over.
• If you leave the waiting line, please make sure that at least one accompanying person remains. If you are visiting alone, please tell a nearby staff member.
• There is no designated parking lot.
• Strollers are not allowed inside the venue. Please leave strollers in the designated area before entering.
• The venue is wheelchair-accessible, but you will be guided along a detour route to avoid exhibits that use water or are inaccessible for wheelchairs.
• If you arrive in a wheelchair, you will need to transfer to a wheelchair provided by teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM when entering the venue. (*Please note that there is a limited number of wheelchairs available.)
*Please note that the wheelchairs available for use inside are regular wheelchairs without attachments such as restraints.
• Individuals with canes or prosthetic legs are welcome. Please note that some exhibits may be inaccessible depending on your condition. Staff will provide an explanation of the viewing routes and usage rules tailored to your needs before entry.

◆Regarding the Venue
• You will be required to go barefoot inside the venue.
• Even adults may encounter areas where the water reaches knee level.
• We recommend that small children wear clothes that can get wet or bring a change of clothes.
• In the event that a small child or other visitors' clothes become wet, staff will guide you to the changing area.
Please note that for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to proceed to the next exhibit while your clothes are wet.
If you do not have a change of clothes, towels are available for loan to dry off wet clothing before proceeding to the next exhibit.
*Please note that swimming is not permitted.
• There are areas with mirrored floors. Please note that your undergarments may be visible if you are wearing a skirt or wide-legged pants.
*Free shorts are available upon request. Please ask a staff member if you would like to borrow some. Sizes range from XS to 6L. Please return the shorts when you leave.
• There are areas with strong light stimulation and dark spaces.
• For the safety of children, please do not let go of their hands.
• We have prepared detour routes for people with disabilities, those with young children, or anyone who wishes to skip certain works. Please ask a nearby staff member if you need assistance.
• Guests with infants may enter while wearing a baby carrier.
• Our restrooms are equipped with diaper-changing stations. If you need to breastfeed or take a break, please use the infirmary. Please feel free to ask a nearby staff member.
• During peak hours, staff may ask customers who have been engaging with the exhibits for a long time to kindly move along.

◆Regarding Belongings
• Free lockers are available. Please store your belongings in the locker area after passing through the entrance gate.
• There are two sizes of lockers:
Width 25cm x Depth 40cm x Height 50cm
Width 25cm x Depth 40cm x Height 75cm
• Luggage exceeding these sizes cannot be stored, as there is no cloakroom available.
• Please note that larger items, such as suitcases exceeding the above sizes, will be managed with a wire lock at the stroller parking area.

◆Regarding (Dusk to Dawn / Moss Garden of Resonating Microcosms - Solidified Light Color, Dusk to Dawn)
You can enjoy the exhibits in light rain. However, in the case of strong rain accompanied by strong winds, such as during a typhoon, the exhibition may be canceled.

◆Other:
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.
• Please note that we may conduct interviews and take photographs without prior notice. If you do not wish to be photographed, regardless of the purpose, please let a staff member know.
• Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, some exhibits may not be available for viewing.

• Palpitations or shortness of breath
• A history of muscle spasms or loss of consciousness caused by light stimulation
• Extreme fear of confined spaces, darkness, or heights
• Other physical or health concerns

◆Prohibited Actions:
• Entry by intoxicated individuals or those with poor manners
• Eating, drinking, or smoking within the premises
• Bringing in dangerous items or any items deemed inappropriate by the management
• Re-entry into the facility
• Commercial photography or interviews without prior consent
• Bringing any animals, including service animals
