• Please present your passport to the ticket counter staff when you exchange your ticket.
• Please present your ticket to the ticket agent when you get on and off the bus. Please do not put your ticket through the automatic ticket gate.
• This pass cannot be used at unmanned stations so please press the intercom to use.
• This ticket is valid only for the designated routes of Izuhakone Railway Sunzu Line and Izuhakone Bus. Other routes are not available.
• This ticket is refundable only before use. A refund fee of JPY 220 will be charged.
• Children under 5 years old are free of charge.
