[Regarding participation]
• Certain areas are not safe for the following individuals: pregnant women, those using wheelchairs or canes, those who have difficulty walking independently, those carrying children, and those wearing unstable footwear.
• Please watch your footing as the venue is dark and some areas have steps.
• Children 0-12 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Up to 3 children per parent are allowed. (The accompanying adult also needs to purchase a ticket.)
• Persons in poor physical condition or under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted for safety reasons.
• Many places have unstable footing. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to walk in, such as sneakers.

[Regarding entrance and reception]
• Please enter within one hour of the start time selected at the time of ticket purchase. If the start time is 7:00 PM, the last entry time is 7:30 PM. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter after 7:30 PM.
• Orders at the Oekaki Factory must be placed by 7:30 PM.

[Notes]
• Refunds will not be provided for customer-related reasons.
• Once purchased, the date and time cannot be changed, and tickets cannot be canceled.
• We do not take any responsibility for injuries, losses, damages, or troubles that may occur within the facility.
• Due to maintenance, some artworks may not be available.
• Visitors are not allowed to enter with luggage exceeding 50cm in length.
• The use of equipment such as monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks is not allowed.
• Please note that depending on the congestion, you may have to wait a while to enter.
• Flash photography is prohibited.
• You cannot enter with strollers. Please place strollers in the designated space on the 3rd floor.
• With the exception of service dogs, no animals are allowed.
