[About the Special Fireworks Festival Plan]
• Female yukatas: You can choose one favorite design from all grades available at each store.
*Please note that there is a limited quantity of each design in stock. To have a wider selection of designs, we recommend visiting early.
• Same-day returns are accepted until 10:00 PM.
*Returns by the next day at 5:30 PM will incur an additional fee of JPY 2,200 (tax included), and returns by mail will incur an additional fee of JPY 4,400 (tax included).
• The Safety Package is included.
*The Safety Package is an insurance to reduce your burden in case of stains or damages to the yukata during meals or other occasions. It covers yukata, Obi (sash), Obi Himo belt, undergarments, zori sandals, tabi socks, accessory case, and other accessories related to yukatas.

Recently, there has been an increase in the number of customers mistaking their reservation date and time. Please be sure to double-check your reservation before your visit.
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your application. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive this email confirmation.
*Please note that if you visit the store before your reservation is confirmed by the operator, we will not be able to assist you.
*Even if you visit the store directly, we may not be able to assist you outside of the confirmed date and time of your reservation.

[Notes]
• To verify your identity, we ask that you present your ID.
• Please note that any price difference caused by upgrading your yukata will be paid on-site on the day of the experience.
• There may be cases where the experience is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances; however, we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the site.
*Refund will only be applicable in situations where public transportation is suspended.
• If the experience is canceled, the operator will contact the emergency contact by 8:00 PM the day before the event.

[About the Yukata Rental]
• To enhance your experience, we also offer non-standard hairstyles and special accessories, such as an obidome (sash clip) and a maiko umbrella, for a fee.
• Guests taller than 185 centimeters or wearing 28 centimeters or larger shoes must inform us in advance. After clicking the reserve button, please fill in the additional information field.
• Customers renting yukatas can check one bag of luggage for free. We can also keep large suitcases and other items other than valuables for JPY 1,100 (tax included).
• The images may include optional items not included in the listed price.
