Arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time. Please present your electronic voucher and scan the code to board
Arrive at Hida Takayama at 11:00 AM → Depart at 1:30 PM

• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. To ensure we adhere to the tour schedule, please be punctual at each sightseeing spot.
• Please note that we will depart on time, even if you arrive late.
• The tour schedule may be subject to change due to weather conditions or traffic.

• Each passenger is allowed to bring one handbag or backpack.
For suitcases or oversized luggage, a baggage fee of JPY 2,000 per item must be paid in cash on-site.

• Once you have made a reservation, the date cannot be changed. Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be the responsibility of the customer.
