• If you make a reservation for a date more than one month in advance, we will send the electronic voucher via email around one month before the desired date.

[Regarding Participation]
• Preschoolers 4-6 years old will only need to pay for admission to teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM. Please purchase children's tickets separately at the on-site ticket machine on the day of your visit.
• For children who are 12 years old and in elementary school, the child rate will apply, while those 18 years old and above and in high school will be charged the student rate.
• Resale of tickets is prohibited. Resold tickets will be invalid.
• The operating hours of teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM may change. Please check the official website before your visit.
*The final entry is one hour before closing. Please note that you will not be able to enter after the final entry time has passed.
• If you do not have a valid electronic voucher on the date of participation, you will not be allowed to enter.
• Please note that tickets are valid only at teamLab Planets TOKYO in Toyosu. They cannot be used at other teamLab exhibitions.
• You will need the electronic voucher issued after completing your reservation to exchange it for an admission ticket or transportation ticket. Please bring a device capable of displaying the electronic voucher or a printed copy.
*If you cannot display the electronic voucher yourself, you will not be able to enter.
• Please note that the electronic vouchers for *Tokyo Subway Ticket and teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM are separate.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, sudden closures or cancellations may occur. Please check the official website of each facility before your visit.

[Regarding the Tokyo Subway Ticket]
This is a voucher that needs to be exchanged at the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway ticketing machines.
Please bring your electronic voucher and exchange it for a ticket at the traveler ticketing machines located at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations.
• For exchange locations and methods, please refer to the attached file.
• You can also exchange your ticket at the station offices of most Tokyo Metro stations (except for Kita-Senju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, and Wako-shi on the Hibiya Line, and Shibuya and Meguro on the Hanzomon and Fukutoshin Lines).
• If there is no traveler ticketing machine at your starting station, or if you cannot exchange your ticket at the station office, please ask a station attendant for directions to the nearest station with a traveler ticketing machine.

[Precautions for Purchasing Tickets for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM]
• Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.
• When entering with a student ticket, you will be required to present a valid student ID.
• Reselling tickets is prohibited, and tickets purchased through resale will not be valid for entry. In such cases, our facility will not take any responsibility.

[Precautions for Visiting teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM]
• Please arrive at the venue entrance on the admission date indicated on your ticket and line up.
*Please note that you may have to wait 30 to 90 minutes to enter. The line is outdoors, so please take appropriate measures against the weather.
• The time indicated on the ticket is not the duration of your stay in the facility.
• When leaving the line, please make sure that at least one person from your group remains in line. If you are alone, please ask a nearby staff member.
• Please park strollers in the designated area before entering.
• Unaccompanied children under 13 years old are not allowed. Please be accompanied by a guardian 18 years old and above.
• While wheelchair access is available, please note that there may be some water-based works and areas that are inaccessible by wheelchair. We will guide you on an alternative route.
• Visitors with wheelchairs must transfer to a wheelchair provided by teamLab Planets upon entering the facility. (*The number of wheelchairs available is limited.) Please note that these wheelchairs are standard wheelchairs without any fixation devices.
• Visitors with crutches or prosthetics are welcome. Depending on your condition, you may not be able to view some works. Our staff will explain the viewing route and rules of use according to your situation before entering.
• Re-entry after exit is not allowed. Additionally, refunds cannot be provided after entry.

[Regarding the Inside of teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM]
• Visitors are required to be barefoot inside the facility.
• There are areas where water may reach up to knee height, even for adults.
• For small children, we recommend that they wear clothes you don't mind getting wet or bringing a change of clothes.
• If your clothing, including that of small children, gets wet, our staff will lead you to the changing area. For safety reasons, we cannot guide you to the next exhibit while your clothing is wet. Please understand this in advance. If you do not have a change of clothes, we will lend you a towel, so please wipe off your wet clothing before proceeding to the next exhibit. *Please note that this is not a swimming area.
• Some areas have mirrored floors. If you are wearing a skirt or wide-legged pants, your underwear may be visible.
• We provide complimentary shorts for those who wish to use them. Please ask the staff inside the venue. Sizes range from XS to 6L. Please return the shorts when you leave.
• There are areas with intense light stimulation as well as dark areas.
• For the safety of children, please do not let go of your child's hand at any time, as it can be very dangerous.
• We have alternative routes available for those with physical disabilities, those with small children, or anyone who wishes to skip certain exhibits. Please ask a staff member nearby if you would like to use these routes.
• Visitors with infants are welcome to enter while carrying them in a baby carrier.
• Our restrooms are equipped with diaper-changing stations. If you need to breastfeed or take a break, you can use the first aid room within the facility. Please feel free to ask a staff member nearby.
• During busy times, our staff may ask customers who have been using the facility for an extended period to move along.

[Regarding Luggage at teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM]
• Complimentary lockers are available. After passing through the entrance gate, guests may store their belongings in the designated locker area.

• For luggage exceeding the above sizes, we do not have a cloakroom and therefore cannot store it.
• Please note that large suitcases and other items exceeding the above sizes will be managed with wire locks in the stroller area.

• The exhibit can be viewed in light rain. However, it may be closed in the event of strong rain with high winds, such as during a typhoon.

• The facility is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or other troubles that may occur during your visit.
• Please note that we are not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables.

• Entry by intoxicated individuals or those with poor manners.
• Eating, drinking, or smoking within the facility.
• Bringing in dangerous items or any items deemed inappropriate by the management.
• Re-entry into the facility.
• Commercial photography or filming without prior consent.
• Bringing any animals, including service animals.

*Please note that we cannot offer refunds to guests who are asked to leave the premises due to the reasons mentioned above, or at the discretion of the management.

[Electronic Voucher Validity]
• Both the teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM admission ticket and the Tokyo Subway Ticket are only valid on the date selected at the time of purchase.

*The validity period after exchange is printed on the ticket.
*The valid time will be printed on the ticket after passing through the ticket gate.
*You can exit even if the validity time has expired as long as you entered within the validity period.
*If the ticket is not used for the first time within the validity period indicated on the ticket, it will become invalid.
