[About Participation]
• Must be at least 12 years old at the time of issuance of the pass or purchase of the rail pass.
• Must possess a passport issued by a government other than Japan.
• Rail pass holders must be entering Japan under a "Temporary Visitor" status.
*The "Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence defined in Japan's Immigration Law.
*If it is confirmed during ticket use that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you may be charged an additional fee for fraudulent use. Customers are advised to check their residency eligibility.

[Terms and Conditions of Use]
• How to use: After completing the reservation, 2 electronic vouchers (one for ticket redemption and one for gift certificate redemption) will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please present the electronic voucher for ticket redemption when visiting each facility.
The e-voucher sent to you after completing the reservation is only valid for the date selected at the time of purchase.

[JR Haruka One-way Ticket Usage]
1. A text message (including a link to download the electronic voucher with a QR code) will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address after your reservation is completed.
2. Present the electronic voucher redeemable for a boarding pass at the HARUKA electronic ticket ticketing machine located next to the ticket gate at JR Kansai Airport Station.
　(1) Scan the QR code at the ticketing machine.
　(2) Select a train. You can choose from trains departing in the next 5 minutes.
　(3) Please take your ticket out of the machine and enter through the ticket gate where station staff will be present.
3. If the HARUKA electronic ticket ticketing machine does not work properly, please exchange your ticket at the JR West Midori on Madoguchi ticket office or the green ticketing machine with the passport symbol at the station.
4. You can redeem your ticket from 5:30 AM on the day of boarding until 5 minutes before the last train of the Kansai Airport Express.
5. If the reserved seat car (No. 4 car) of your train is crowded, you may use a non-reserved seat.
6. Tickets are non-refundable and the date of use and selected train cannot be changed.
7. If you lose your ticket, please purchase a new ticket as it cannot be reissued.
8. If the train you have exchanged your ticket for is canceled before you board, please use another Haruka or Kansai Airport Rapid train with non-reserved seats.

[Redemption of the Kyoto Station Building JPY 1,000 Gift Certificate]
