Visitors can experience firsthand the history and tradition of Japanese whiskey at the Yoichi Distillery, which Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whiskey, created.

Special Lunch Experience

You will enjoy a special lunch designed to highlight the best of Hokkaido's ingredients at the distillery's restaurant.
The main course will be a satisfying meat dish accompanied by a fresh salad and hot soup.

Tour important cultural properties

Skilled guides will show you around the Kiln Tower, designated as an important cultural property in 2022, and other valuable facilities that tell the history of the Japanese whiskey industry.
