Schedule
After your requested reservation is confirmed, a reservation confirmation e-mail (including QR code and e-ticket download link) will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
On the day of your ride, present the QR code of the e-ticket you wish to exchange for a “boarding pass” at the HARUKA e-ticket machine in front of the ticket gate at Kansai Airport Station (JR West). *For details of the boarding process, please refer to the remarks section. (Travel time from Kansai Airport Station to Kyoto Station: approx. 80 minutes) *Reservation date are for 「the Hozugawa River Boat Ride 」. Please schedule your ride well in advance so that you can arrive in time for your reserved date/time. Exchange locations for tickets other than JR West Kansai Airport Station: Kyoto Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Shin-Osaka Tourist Information Center, Osaka Station, Tennoji Station, Sannomiya Station, and Nara Station.
[On the Day of the Activity] Please present your electronic voucher to the attendant at the service counter to redeem your boarding ticket. After that, please line up at the embarkation area to board.

*It takes about 80 minutes from Kansai Airport Station to Kyoto Station.
*Please redeem your one-way JR Haruka ticket and board the train with enough time to arrive at your reservation on time. Please check the JR Haruka timetable on the official website in advance.

[About the One-Way JR Haruka Ticket]
Notes for purchase
1. You must be at least 13 years old (at the time of purchase on WAmazing or when a ticket is issued via QR code).
2. You must hold a passport issued by a government other than Japan.
3. You must have a "Temporary Visitor" status.
*Temporary Visitor status is a residency designation under the Japanese Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.
Usage Guidelines and Precautions:
1. After your reservation request is confirmed, a confirmation email (including a QR code and e-ticket download link) will be sent to your registered email address.
*One-Way JR Haruka Ticket: Present the QR code of the e-ticket to exchange for a boarding pass at the HARUKA E-Ticket Machine in front of the ticket gate at Kansai Airport Station (JR West).
*Other exchange locations for the ticket (besides JR West Kansai Airport Station) include Kyoto Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Shin-Osaka Tourist Information Center, Osaka Station, Tennoji Station, Sannomiya Station, and Nara Station.
2. Scan the QR code at the HARUKA E-Ticket Machine and select the train you wish to board.
3. Retrieve your boarding ticket from the automatic check-in machine and enter through a ticket gate staffed by station personnel to board your train.
4. Validity period of the one-way JR Haruka ticket: 90 days after reservation (the period will be adjusted around the date of your experience date/time when we send you the reservation confirmation e-mail).
5. If you lose your one-way JR Haruka ticket, it cannot be reissued.
If the train you are scheduled to board is canceled, please take another Haruka or a non-reserved seat on the Kansai Airport Rapid Line after redeeming your boarding ticket.
