The program lasts about 90 minutes, allowing you not only to experience gyoza making, but also to learn about the history of Japanese gyoza.

Enjoy making and tasting traditional-flavored gyoza at this long-established gyoza specialty shop, founded in 1951.

Taste Kobe's regional gyoza served with miso dipping sauce

As the birthplace of Kobe's local miso-based gyoza dipping sauce, you can savor the store's secret family recipe passed down through generations.
After the experience, you're welcome to dine in the shop.
