Notes
• Note that booking pages vary depending on age group and performance start time.
• Children aged 0-5 are not allowed to enter. Please also refrain from bringing strollers into the venue.
• Your reservation will be confirmed immediately upon completion. Note that changes or cancellations are not allowed after the reservation is finalized.
• You can exchange your voucher 60 minutes before the start of the show. Present your QR code voucher at the same-day ticket booth and exchange it for a reserved seat ticket.
• Ticket exchange is available until the show's start time.
• The reservation holder must present a photo ID. For tickets purchased for children aged 6-15, an ID showing the child's age must also be presented.
• The performance runs about 3 hours and 40 minutes (including intermission).
• Admission begins 40 minutes before the start of the show.
• Bringing beverages without caps into the auditorium and using flash photography inside the theater are prohibited.
• There are no coin lockers or cloakroom facilities. However, if you have large items like carry-on suitcases that would be difficult to keep at your seat, please ask the staff for assistance.
• Seat numbers will be provided on the admission ticket on the day of the performance. Inquiries or seat requests cannot be accepted in advance.
• Moving or changing ticket zones or seats is strictly prohibited.
• Re-entry is permitted. Please present your ticket when re-entering.
• Customers wishing to use wheelchair spaces will be accommodated on the day of the performance if availability permits. Wheelchair spaces are priced as S Plus seats. Any fare difference based on your originally purchased seat type will be collected on the day.
• Subtitle tablets are available for rent. If you wish to use one, please request it on-site on the day of the performance.
