Notes:
・ Infants 0 to 5 years old are free of charge.
・ If the number of Infants accompanying one Adult or Child exceeds 2, a Child's fare will be required from the third Infant.


Eligibility:
・ Holders of passports issued by governments outside Japan.
・ Japanese (including those with permanent residency overseas) are not allowed to use.
・ Those entering Japan as a "Temporary Visitor".
・ "Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence defined under Japanese immigration law.


Related Information:
・ Maximum total of 10 passes for adults and children per order.
・ Please insert your pass through the automatic ticket gate or present your ticket to the attendant.
・ Once the pass has been claimed, it is not possible to change the start date of use or to change to another pass.
・ Passes will not be refunded if the train service has been suspended after the pass has been used.
・ Passengers must have their passports with them when using the pass and present them upon request.
・ If there is a difference between the shipping conditions of the foreign language version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version will be prioritized.

・ Tokaido Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka⇔Tokyo), Kyushu Shinkansen (Hakata⇔Kagoshima-Chuo) and Special Rapid "A Seat" paid seat service are not available.

How to Receive the Pass:
A text message (including a QR code and e-ticket download link) will be sent to your registered email address after your reservation is completed.
Please present your QR code voucher on the day of use and scan the code to board the bus.
