Eligibility:
・ Available for purchase by non-Japanese passport holders.
・Not available for Japanese nationals (Including Japanese nationals resident overseas).
・ Those entering Japan as a "Temporary Visitor".
・ "Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence defined under Japanese immigration law.
・ Individual customers are not allowed to purchase or exchange more than one of the same ticket for the same use period.

・ Please use the passage staffed by ticket attendants when passing through the ticket gate.
・ Please show your pass so that the attendant can confirm the validity period.
・ Please get a seal in the attendant stamp column (ticket punch stamp column) at the ticket gate.

・ Passes can be exchanged within 3 months from the date of issue up until the day of use.
・ After exchanging your pass, you cannot change the usage start date or change to another pass.
・ When using your passport, you must carry your passport with you and present it if requested by staff.
・ The electronic voucher (E-MCO) and pass will not be reissued even if they are lost or stolen.
・ The validity period will not be extended or refunded, even if trains are delayed or suspended.
・ In the case of differences in the shipping conditions between the foreign language version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version will take precedence.
・ A separate fare is required when using "Sunrise Seto".
・ This ticket alone cannot provide Reserved seats.
・ Reserved seat tickets can be reserved at ticket vending machines at stations. See below for reserved seat ticket reservations from station ticket machines.

How to Receive the Pass:
A text message (including a QR code and e-ticket download link) will be sent to your registered email address after your reservation is completed.
Please present your QR code voucher on the day of use and scan the code to board the bus.
