Notes:
・ Only one SUNQ PASS may be issued per holder for the use period.
・ No refunds can be made once the SUNQ PASS has been used.
・ It is not possible to purchase more than one SUNQ PASS with overlapping use periods.
・ Internet access is required when first using the SUNQ PASS.
・ Make sure to take a bus ticket when boarding a local bus.
・ Please note that your passport number and status of residence may be checked upon boarding.
・ Please present the SUNQ PASS clearly to the driver/attending when you get off.
・ Any fraudulent use (alteration, counterfeiting, misappropriation, etc.) may result in a penalty charge.
・ No child or disability SUNQ PASS is available. Depending on the route and number of times you travel, it may be more economical to use a discounted fare for children/disabled for each trip rather than purchasing a SUNQ PASS.
・ The SUNQ PASS cannot be used on routes outside of the valid area, or on routes where the starting and ending points of the SUNQ PASS are not in the valid area (e.g., for the Highway Bus Fukuoka-Miyazaki route - please purchase the All Kyushu ticket if you are traveling between Fukuoka and Hitoyoshi).

Eligibility:
・ For visitors to Japan only.

Valid Area:
Northern Kyushu + Shimonoseki,Nagato (2 out of 3 consecutive days / 3 out of 5 consecutive days)
Highway buses, local buses and ferries (5 routes) in 5 prefectures (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita and Kumamoto) plus Shimonoseki.

*2 Buses with a SUNQ PASS sticker displayed on the front and next to the boarding door are covered by the SUNQ PASS. Please ask the bus driver/attendant if the SUNQ PASS is accepted.

*3 Ferries with a SUNQ PASS sticker displayed at the ticket office or waiting area are covered by the SUNQ PASS. Ask an attendant if the SUNQ PASS is accepted.


How to Receive the Pass:
A text message (including a QR code and e-ticket download link) will be sent to your registered email address after your reservation is completed.
Please present your QR code voucher on the day of use and scan the code to board the bus.
