・Please note that children under 5 years old are not allowed to participate.
・It may be sunny and bright out, so please make any necessary preparations to avoid sunburn.
・There will be no roof for the cruise and open-top bus, so please make any necessary preparations to keep warm.
・Please make any necessary preparations for rainy weather (umbrellas are not allowed).
・In the event of inclement weather, the route or itinerary may be changed or the course may be cancelled if it is deemed unsafe to operate.
In such case, WAmazing Play Customer Support will contact your emergency contact after 3:00PM the day before the event.
・Please refrain from using "selfie sticks" or similar devices where smartphones or other devices are attached for taking pictures.
・Only bottles with lids are allowed.

[Cherry Blossom Cruise]
・The Meguro River Cherry Blossom Cruise has no roof. Please make any necessary preparations to keep yourself warm.

[Open-top Bus]
・Please wear your seatbelt while riding the bus.
・Seating on the bus will be announced on the day of the tour. Odd-numbered groups of passengers will share seats with participants from another group.
・The bus will be operated regardless of the blooming conditions of the cherry blossoms.
・Please enjoy the view from the second floor seats.
・This is a course to enjoy sightseeing in Tokyo from the bus. There will be no drop-off in the middle of the tour.
・The following actions are prohibited: Leaving your seat, shifting seats, using umbrellas (including parasols), smoking, and putting your hands outside of the bus while it is in motion.
・Please do not touch the branches and leaves of trees that line the street through the roof opening of the bus. During or after rain, water drops may fall from the tunnel passage or from the trees.

[The following COVID-19 countermeasures are in place to prevent infection]
- Employees must wear masks/face guards when interacting with customers
- Employees must check their temperature before coming to work
- Employees must wash and sanitize their hands thoroughly
- Regular ventilation of stores and facilities
- Sanitization of areas that are frequently touched by hands
- Installation of hand sanitizer for customers
- Limited entry to avoid congestion
- Customers must have their temperature checked on arrival
- Customers must wear a mask
