Present this ticket to the manned counter at either Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba, or Ikebukuro Station, and the station staff will imprint the date on the ticket, then please go through the counter with the station staff when you use the ticket.

Kawagoe once flourished as an important transportation and military base for the Shogunate, and gained fame as "Koedo" (or little Edo) as it developed close ties with the Shogunate.
About 50 minutes from Shinjuku by train, the area is popular for sightseeing, with many historical buildings preserved since the area was spared from wartime damage, allowing visitors to feel the atmosphere of the Edo and Meiji periods, and the Showa period of around the 1970s.
The SEIBU KAWAGOE PASS allows you to travel from Tokyo to the Kawagoe area and experience the unique atmosphere of little Edo.
[Important Notes]
・The Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
・Ticket is valid for two weeks from the date of exchange. (The expiration date will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange.)
・Valid for one round-trip from either Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba, or Ikebukuro Station to Hon-Kawagoe Station on the day of use only.
・You can get off at a different station on the way back than you got on at. You cannot get off part way and get back on.
*If you ride beyond the valid area, you will be charged a separate ordinary passenger fare.
・Since this deal is only for foreign tourists, please provide passports or residence cards of all customers at the time of exchange.
・This pass does not include express fare. Express tickets must be purchased separately.
・When using the ticket, please show it to the staff at the ticket gate.
・Up to 2 children aged 0-5 accompanying an adult who purchases a ticket can ride for free. For a third child, you must purchase an additional ticket.
