- The tour may be canceled in the event of inclement weather. In the event of sudden weather changes, the service may be canceled at the last minute before departure.
*Boarding Information
- If the bus is full, you will not be able to board. Advance reservations are recommended.
- One small child can ride free of charge per passenger ages 6 or up, but if the child occupies a seat, a child fare will be charged as a rule.
- Seats on the bus will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the tour. There will be stairs to go up and down when getting on and off the bus. If you have difficulty going up and down the stairs, please ride with a companion who can assist you.
- Smoking is not permitted on the bus.
- There are no toilets on board. Please use the restroom in advance.
- Beverages with lids, such as plastic bottles and water bottles, may be brought into the car.
- When bringing pets (dogs, cats, and other small animals) into the car, please be sure to place them in a special carry-on cage. In this case, no additional fee is required, but pets are not allowed to occupy a seat in a pet cage. Please do not bring your pets with you if it might cause inconvenience to other passengers.
- There is no storage space for wheelchairs or strollers in the car. Baggage storage is also not available.
- The Road Traffic Law requires that seatbelts be worn in all seats. For your safety, please follow the law and fasten your seat belt while the bus is in motion.
- The second-floor seats are not covered by a roof, so please take your own measures to protect yourself from the sun and the cold if necessary. Please refrain from using umbrellas (including parasols).
- Please be careful not to let your hat or other personal belongings get blown away by the strong winds that blow during the ride.
- In the event of rain, the roof may be closed, but rain gear will be distributed free of charge to those who wish to use it.
- For safety reasons, please refrain from putting your hands outside the bus or using a selfie stick attached to a smartphone or other device to take pictures.
