[Ticket & admission information]
・Voucher is only valid for the date selected.
・Admission is free for children 0-3 years old.Entry is not allowed for children under the age of 13 without adult supervision. Reservations must be made together with adults.
・Tickets are valid for use only at TeamLab Planets in Toyosu. Not valid for other TeamLab exhibitions. Please make sure you are using the correct ticket.
・Please arrive at the entrance of the venue at the entrance date and time indicated on your ticket, and please line up in the entrance line.
・The time indicated on the ticket does not mean the time spent in the exhibition.
・If you get out of line, please make sure that at least one member of your party stays in line. If you are coming alone, please talk to a staff member nearby.
・Strollers are not allowed in the venue. Please leave strollers in the designated locations.
・Children under 13 years old are not allowed to enter the venue alone.
・No re-entry after admission. No refunds will be made after admission.

[When in the venue]
・Please take off your shoes when in the exhibition.
・Visitors, including adults, may get wet up to the knees in some areas.
・We recommend that small children bring clothes that can get wet or a change of clothes. Please note that visitors are not allowed to proceed to the next exhibit with wet clothes on.
　*Please note that this is not a place for swimming.
・The floor is mirrored in some areas. Underwear may be reflected for visitors wearing skirts or pants with wide hems.
・There are areas with strong light stimulation and dark areas.
・Please do not leave children unattended as it is very dangerous.

[Luggage]
・Free lockers are available. After passing through the entrance gate, you will be asked to place your baggage in the locker area.
・Locker size is 26 cm (width) X 49.5 cm (depth) X 87.5 cm (height) per door.
・Luggage exceeding the above dimensions cannot be checked in as there is no cloakroom.
・Suitcases and other items exceeding the above dimensions will be placed in the stroller storage area and managed with a wire lock.

[About "Moss Garden of Resonating Microcosms - Solidified Light Color, Sunrise and Sunset"]
　In case of light rain, the exhibition will be open to the public. In case of strong rain accompanied by typhoon or other strong winds, the exhibition may be canceled.

[Miscellaneous]
・We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.
Please be aware that interviews and filming may be conducted without prior notice. If you do not agree to be photographed/filmed, please let a staff member know.
・Please understand that you may not be able to view certain exhibits due to unforeseen circumstances.

[The following persons should be careful when visiting the exhibition site]
・Persons who have experienced muscle spasms or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation
・Persons who have an extreme fear of confined spaces, dark places, or heights

[The following are prohibited]
・Entry of persons who are intoxicated or cannot maintain basic manners
・Eating, drinking, or smoking in the museum
・Bringing in hazardous materials or items that are deemed inappropriate by the management
・Re-entry to the exhibition
・Filming or photographing for commercial purposes without prior consent
・Bringing animals, including service dogs, into the exhibition
