• Exchange ticket: a lift pass valid for 1 day

Precautions for use:
• The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product.
(If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.)
• You can also use this ticket during the spring season starting from March 24th. However, we cannot refund the difference between the spring season rate and the current rate.
• If you do not use the ticket during the operating period, it will expire, and you will no longer be able to use it. No cancellations are allowed.

• This pass is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
• Cancellations can be made through your My Page until November 30, 2025. After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
• This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
• We will issue an IC card that does not require a deposit.
• Please return the card or take it home after use. The used IC card can be used as a discount coupon within the facility. (Hot springs, restaurants, etc.)
