• Please note that the locations to exchange lift passes and rental items are different.
• Please present your electronic voucher at VillageStation: Ticket Center when exchanging your lift pass.
• Please show your electronic voucher at the rental counter (Village Station: Salomon Station) when you pick up your rental gear.

Important notes for use:
• The day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass is considered the date of use. (Passes cannot be reissued even if you lose them or pass through the gate by mistake.)
• Passes are also valid during the spring season starting March 24; however, no refunds or price adjustments will be made for differences in spring season rates.
• If the pass is not used during the operating period, it will become invalid, and cancellations will not be accepted.

• This product is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
• Cancellations can be made through My Page until November 30, 2025. After the cancellation period, cancellations and refunds will not be possible regardless of the reason.
• This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
• We will issue an IC card that does not require a deposit.
• Please return the card or take it home after use. The used IC card can be used as a discount coupon within the facility. (Hot springs, restaurants, etc.)
