How to use
- Exchange ticket: a lift pass valid for 1 day
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After generating the QR code, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold up the QR code of the e-voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product. *If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please go to the ski resort counter.
- Reissuance of lift passes (IC cards) is not possible for any reason, including damage or loss.
