How to use
- Exchange ticket: ropeway/gondola round-trip ticket (1 round trip)
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold up the QR code of the e-voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product. *If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

Notes
- This product cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. Please use it within the validity period.
- This product is a sightseeing pass. Skiing on the slopes is not allowed.
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please go to the ski resort counter.
- Reissuance of lift passes (IC cards) is not possible for any reason, including damage or loss.

- Available from 9:00am until sunset or 4:00pm (gondola)
- From March 23 to May 6, operating hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
