How to use
• Reception
- The set of coupons, including the lift pass exchange voucher, rental discount coupon, and return bus ticket, will be handed over at the reception area of your departure location. (Please note that reception staff and bus drivers generally communicate only in Japanese, and all coupons are printed in Japanese.)
• Rental discount coupon
- Where you can use it: Rental Plaza
- How to use: Show the rental discount coupon and pay the rental fees on-site.
*Please note that the rental discount coupon does not ensure availability of rental items. At busy times, your preferred items may be unavailable.
• Lift pass exchange
- A deposit of JPY 500 per lift pass is required at the time of exchange.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
- If the pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, your deposit will not be returned, and passes cannot be re-issued.
Schedule
Outbound bus departure time: 7:00am from Shin-Osaka Station (Meeting time: 6:45am) ⇒ Arrival at around 11:00am at Ski Jam Katsuyama
Return bus departure time: 5:00pm from Ski Jam Katsuyama (Meeting time: 4:45pm) ⇒ Arrival at around JR Osaka Station at approximately 9:00pm

Outbound: Large bus parking lot on the 1st floor of JR Shin-Osaka Station's main entrance (south side)(Map)
Return: Ski Jam Katsuyama (Bus parking lot next to Rental Plaza)
• Access to the Shin-Osaka meeting location
- If arriving by JR: From the 3rd-floor ticket gates, head to the nearest stairs and go down to the 1st-floor main entrance. / If arriving by subway: Exit the central ticket gates (2nd floor) and use the nearest stairs to the 1st-floor main entrance.
Staff wearing red vests labeled Staff on the front and back will be waiting at the Shin-Osaka meeting location.

Notes
About the rental discount coupons:
- Whether it's a busy day or not, the rental discount coupon does not guarantee availability of rental items.
- If you do not use the Internet Reservation Service and are unable to rent your desired items or sizes, unused lift passes or travel fees cannot be refunded.
Notes for bus use:
- No tour conductor will accompany the tour.
- The bus is not equipped with a restroom.
- Buses will take a break of 15 to 30 minutes every 2 hours. However, if delays are expected due to unavoidable circumstances, break times may be adjusted accordingly.
- Large buses are normally used, but depending on the number of passengers, medium or small buses may be operated instead.
- The bus may pass through multiple ski resorts or require a transfer depending on the number of reservations. In such cases, the local arrival time and the return time to Osaka may change.
- Please be punctual and follow the designated meeting location and meeting time.
- Boarding and drop-off locations cannot be changed on the day of travel.
- If you change your departure location without notice and based on your own judgment, you will not be permitted to join the tour.
- If you do not arrive at the meeting location on time for either the outbound or return trip, the bus will depart without notice, and this will be treated as voluntary withdrawal from the tour.
- You are responsible for managing your own belongings at all times.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, forgotten items, or mix-ups of luggage between passengers.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or soiling of luggage.
- We request that you take protective measures for luggage stored in the trunk, as there is a risk of damage.
- The following items cannot be loaded onto the bus: animals; fragile items (musical instruments, bicycles, snowscoots, cameras, computers, precision equipment, glassware, beverages); or any items that may cause damage or staining to other luggage.
- If inclement weather, lift malfunctions, or other problems are expected to prevent the ski resort from operating, or if road conditions are expected to prevent or significantly delay arrival at the resort, the tour may be cancelled. In such cases, you may be guided to an alternative ski resort.
- Due to the circumstances, notification of the tour cancellation or change to another ski resort may not be possible before departure. In such cases, notifications will be made at the meeting location on the day of departure or on board the bus.
- If arrival is delayed due to traffic or weather, resulting in a shortened stay, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
- If delays due to traffic or weather prevent you from using your planned return transportation, we cannot cover costs such as taxis or accommodation.
- Any expenses incurred due to delays or cancellations of your scheduled transportation (public transport, flights, etc.) caused by weather or traffic conditions will be at your own expense.
- Due to weather or operational reasons, ski resorts may change their operating hours, suspend certain lifts, or limit skiable courses. Even if operations differ from what was originally planned, no refunds can be provided.
- For plans that include lift passes covering early-morning or night skiing, no refunds will be issued if those sessions are canceled on the day of travel due to snow, weather conditions, or resort circumstances.
- The decision to operate in low-snow conditions will be made up to two days before departure. If at least one lift and one skiable course are open at your reserved ski resort, the tour will proceed.
- Substituting a different traveler requires prior approval from Rado Travel Service Co., Ltd. and such substitutions are subject to the prescribed cancellation charges.
- Plans for dates without reservations 14 days prior to departure may be cancelled without prior notice.

On busy days such as weekends and public holidays, we anticipate a shortage of rental items in stock.
If you would like to use the tour's dedicated online reservation service (Japanese only), please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support at least four business days before your visit. We will provide you with the reservation site.
*Some ski resorts may charge a fee to reserve items, and prepayment by credit card may be required.
