Notes
- This voucher is only valid on the day of redemption.
- Refunds will not be provided, even if you are unable to take part in all activities.
- Activities may be temporarily suspended or closed due to natural disasters such as lightning, earthquakes, storms, fires, etc.
Participation requirements:
• Must be at least 4 years old, over 100cm tall and under 100kg.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Elderly participants will be able to take part depending on their health and at the guide's discretion.
• Please note that the above restrictions are guidelines.
• Please note that you will be unable to participate if you cannot wear a harness, helmet, or other safety equipment, even if you meet the above conditions.
• Some activities may not be available depending on how busy the activity is and registration time. We thank you for your understanding.
What to wear:
• Comfortable clothing (which provides minimal exposure), comfortable shoes (sneakers or athletic footwear), socks
• Heels, sandals, and shoes that slip off easily are prohibited due to the increased risk of injury.
• Please ensure to wear shoes that completely cover your feet from the ankles down (such as sneakers or athletic footwear).
• Please wear clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, is easy to move in, and appropriate for the weather conditions. *Skirts are prohibited.
• Please note that socks are required when using the trampoline so ensure to bring them with you.

- Hours of operation vary according to the date of use.
- Every day until the end of August, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from September onwards: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Weekdays from September onwards: 10:00am to 4:00pm

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.Remarks

- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
